Above the range is a built in faucet to more easily fill large pots in a busy kitchen. This is laid out very well for staff/caterers as it flows right to a garage where they can organize for the largest of affairs.<br><br>Just off the west foyer is a spacious office/library.  The custom desk and shelves are already built in and ready for use. This room is almost 400 square feet and could easily serve other needs as well.  Across this same foyer is 1,735 square feet of unfinished suite space.  This area has been designed for four suites with their own bathrooms, two of which have kitchenettes planned.  All plumbing and electrical have been run and finishing out should be a breeze.  These can serve as guest rooms, in law quarters, staff housing, etc.  <br><br>Just off of the east foyer is the main electrical and plumbing room. At 352 square feet it is literally the central nervous system of this complex.  Across the foyer is a carpeted workout room (12 x 36 ft.).  Next you flow into another room 60 x 12.
